The Varsity Baseball team, led by Head Coach Darren Adams, won the 2024 NCISAA Baseball State Championship on May 18, defeating #1 seed, Wesleyan Christian Academy in a three-game series (2-1) at High Point University.  The Warriors rallied for two wins on Saturday after falling to Wesleyan Christian 5-1 in a rain-delayed game on Friday, May 1. Warriors scored first in Game 2 of the series, leading 2-0 after three innings en route to a 5-1 win and setting up the decisive game of the championship series.  Wesleyan Christian struck first with a home run in the first inning of the final game, but the Warriors scored 5 runs on 5 hits in the fourth inning to take the lead it would not surrender. Warriors celebrated the 2024 NCISAA Baseball Championship after a 5-2 win in game 3.
